Geez · Nibab-Bet (ግእዝ ንባብ ቤት) is a Ge'ez reading and learning app from Tiha Geez, available at tihageez.com. This policy explains what information the app does — and does not — handle.
The app saves the following only on your device — it is never sent to us:
You can remove this at any time by deleting downloaded audio inside the app, or by uninstalling the app.
The recitation audio is streamed — and, when you choose, downloaded — from eathebook.org. The audio recordings are used with the permission of eathebook.org and are not included in the app.
When the app plays or downloads audio, your device makes an ordinary internet request to eathebook.org. As with any web request, eathebook.org may automatically receive technical information such as your IP address and the file requested, handled under its own practices. We do not control eathebook.org and do not receive this information.
The reading text, tone marks, and learning material are bundled inside the app and are read directly on your device. Using them requires no internet connection and involves no data collection.
If you use the in-app feedback option, the app opens your device's email app with a message addressed to info@tihageez.com. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself. The message contains only what you write — and, optionally, your email address if you add it so we can reply. We use feedback solely to respond to you and to improve the app.
The app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date above.
